quaint mountain home is tucked away in the prestigious Mountain
Tops area. A fully screened wrap-around porch provides views of
hummingbirds, woodpeckers, deer, and colorful sunsets. Enjoy
picking wild berries, listening to the bubbling hot tub, or
snooze on the swings and rocking chairs under covered
decks.
Challenge your favorite person to a game of checkers or chess
as you listen to a selection of Oldies, Country, Modern or
Celtic music. The North Carolina and Tennessee adventures are
within a short drive.

Rooster's Roost features 3 large
bedrooms and baths, all on separate levels for privacy, plus a
full sleeping loft.
The main level offers a guest bedroom
and bath, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, great room with
towering ceilings, and a beautiful stacked stone gas fireplace.
A formal dining area, laundry room, plus a separate breakfast
room with large windows completes this floor.
The private master and loft bedrooms with oversized bath are
located on the third level.
The lower level features a bedroom and
bath with a large soaking tub. A fireplace, pool table, dart
board, plus a full media room with a 42 inch big screen TV with
hundreds of movies.
Not in the mood for movies?then take
advantage of the pool table, biking along wooded paths or
browse the extensive selection of books and games. At day's end
cook your dinner over the gas barbecue then totally relax and
watch fireflies from the wonderful oversized six person hot
tub.
Golf, horseback riding and water
adventures within a short drive. Enjoy antiquing? Arts &
crafts? Watching local craftsmen? All are within minutes of
your hideaway.

Rooster's Roost Cabin will
accommodate up to 10 individuals featuring: (1) King size
bed, (2) Queen size beds, (1) Queen Sleeper Sofa, (2) Twin
size beds, plus baby/youth crib. All mattresses are premium
quality to ensure peaceful rest.
Please no smoking in the
cabin.

All linens and towels are provided.
We also provide an initial supply of paper products, soaps
and kitchen items, such as dishwashing powder, cleaner,
garbage bags, laundry detergent, etc. You only need to bring
your personal items and food. There are supermarkets in Blue
Ridge to purchase groceries.

$125.00 per
night. $750.00 per week. All rates are subject to 10%
tax.
Rates are based on parties of up to four people. Each
additional person will be $10 extra per person per
night.
Long term lease possible.
A one time basic $85 cleaning fee will be added to your
reservation plus an additional $5 cleaning fee per person
over four people.
Dogs under 30 lbs are welcome. An additional $50 fee will be
added for each pet with a $200 pet deposit refundable after
checkout.
